“We always love getting our fresh Christmas trees from them. Supporting local!!! Thank you”
If your garden is blooming of colors, maybe you should thank Rodriguez Nursery, who has been providing the Valley Center community with unlimited plant varieties. When the outbreak made most companies and stores close, fortunately, this garden center remained open. I recently visited them in the past month and purchased some baby succulents and cacti samples for my home office.
The Rodriguez Nursery is a family business. It started seven years ago by Genaro Rodriguez Jr when his father's experience in the plant industry inspired him. One sunny day of 2013, they decided to share the plant growth market; since their successful launch, nothing has stopped them. For Genaro, it all was planned as a business from the beginning.
The Garden Center has had several locations from Escondido to the current place in Valley Center, where it has found its niche. Five years ago, they moved into a medium-sized yard at a side of Valley Center road, the perfect spot for local landscapers and curious home gardeners. Genaro Rodriguez (father) got useful talent by working in other nursery business, before opening his. Now both Genaro (father and son) run the Rodriguez Nursery together.
Their stable business model has also brought flexible opportunities for employees, which have shown satisfying customer service over the years.
I bet there is no plant you are not able to find at the nursery. They have a carefully sorted collection of eatables, herb garden plants, cacti, and succulents: natives, colorful flowers, tropical and exotic plants, and more. I asked what is the most popular plant class among their customers. Mr. Genaro said, "here in Valley Center, local visitors use to come asking for roses and specialty flowers. It's a very demanded product line from professional landscapers to casual homeowners."
If you get any questions regarding its extensive green catalog, the Rodriguez family is more than knowledgeable. They also deliver a wide variety of ornamental and fruit trees. For a unique garden experience, they offer landscaping services. This way, you get the best of the freshest from their gardens to yours.
The family has created a pleasant stay for visitors with all the garden decorative sculptures and pots. Most of these art pieces are for sale; anyways, if one is just for display, they will mainly order it for you.
Mr. Genaro said, "Our main goal as a family business is to serve as many gardens as possible with the product of our passionate plant growth. After all these years of service, we confirm that having a relationship with long time supportive customers is the keystone of our insight."
The Rodriguez Nursery is open all week, and their open hours are 9 am - 5 pm. You can follow them on Facebook, where you can join the loyal community of almost 500 followers. Don't forget to make this your one-stop center for plants, trees, and pottery. I'm sure they will receive you, open-arms as they did with me.
